What’s your trampoline?

One of the biggest differences between those that are effective, both personally and professionally, is that they are aware of their thinking. They are aware of when it is working in their best interest and they are even more aware of when it’s not.

In order to rebalance your thinking, try using a trampoline. A trampoline is an activity or a thought that can bounce you back Above the Line. It literally creates a shift in your thinking and can bring you back to an effective place.

I have a bunch of trampolines. Some of my favorites are spending time with my family, watching the Minnesota Wild, or playing the guitar. They all create a positive shift in my thinking when I need it most.
