Gratitude is the ultimate Trampoline for getting our thinking back in balance and back on track. Remember, a Trampoline is an action we do or thought we have that helps transform our thinking. If our thinking isn’t serving us in our best interest, we can use the Trampoline of gratitude.
Your goal for today, regardless of whether you’re reading this in the middle of the night or at the crack of dawn, is to find three ways to express gratitude. Pay attention to what it does for the recipients and pay attention to what it does deep inside you.
It’s beautiful. Be grateful today and tonight.
